In fact, I’ve been known to rock three different floral patterns in the same outfit and still get compliments. Born in Queens, I live in NYC now and it is incredible. I love the mix of people, the way each day is different and the energy of the city. I feel a little bit like the city and I are one and the same - we are both strong, independent and quirky. We both have personality that shines throu

gh. And we are both, truly, one of a kind. My work is a reflection of who I am and who you are - it’s a partnership, if you will, that results in brilliant pieces of art. I have a love of good design that can be found in my images...the colors, the composition and the flare for the moment all come from my formal design training. But it’s the moments, the sweet, unexpected, always intriguing moments, that truly make me smile. I guess you could say I’m in the sunshine business. To me, memories are like sunshine on a grey day. And my photographs, those images of you and your moments, give you that sunshine every single day.

Weddings are more than just a beautiful party. It's a community of people coming together to celebrate a new beginning and acknowledge the journey getting there. This group pretty much adopted me on our trip to New Orleans and made the experience truly unforgettable. I am a creature who loves comfort which makes me incredibly hesitant to try new things. Comfort provides stability, warmth and safety. Moving to LA has shaken me into being ok with not knowing and appreciate the things that were always in front of me. I found myself living simply, intentionally and being more content. To know that I am enough without all the bows and whistles. My insecurities would often cause me to hide behind cuteness for fear of being in the spotlight. The irony is that I have nothing to hide and its time to be ok with that. Later this week I'll be rolling out my new site which is a reflection of my new life. A women in her 30s who photographs the truth of who people really are. Not the lies they believe in their head about themselves.
