My very first birth story. 🤍

There is something so incredibly powerful about being invited into a space like this….the waiting, the contractions, the quiet support, the strength, the love… all of it!!!

Early this morning I got to document a family in the final hours before meeting their baby, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget it.

This is exactly why I wanted to photograph birth. Not perfect poses. Not everyone looking at the camera. The real moments. The hands held, the leaning on each other, the “I’ve got you” moments.

And we’re just getting started. 🥹🤍

I had so much fun creating these with a local doula and bringing her work into the session .. the books, birth tools, little details and everything that represents what she does. Your branding photos should actually feel like you and show people the heart behind your business.
