I fully intended to post this on cyber Monday to announce this, but here we are…🥲 Let’s just make a quick adjustment and say Merry (early) Christmas! To prepping starting off the new year with a surprise for y’all🥂
Regardless of cyber Monday, a few weeks ago I decided to lower all of my session prices. Why? Well, I can admit that I’ve partially been neglecting the business parts of owning a business recently, thus resulting in less client inquiry. I know, the consequences of my own actions, how surprising😂But the main result for the price adjustment is that I know first hand that it’s been rough out here, especially for people with extra responsibilities on their plate, like livestock owners, new homeowners, parents, small businesses, etc.
Life is short, and I do what I do because I love capturing special memories for people. Long story short, I really don’t want someone to miss out on memorializing a temporary, but important, moment in time just because it’s not currently affordable to them. Raising my prices years ago to match the quality of the work that I create is something that I don’t regret, but in this crazy timeline that we live in, this is what feels right. Raising my prices when I did was the right thing at that point in time, and lowering them is the right thing now❤️
