Peek behind the curtain—this is where the "Forge" meets the code. 🛠️💻

​As a designer, I’m obsessed with the external experience. But as a software engineer, I’m obsessed with the architecture that makes that experience possible.

​I’m currently deep in the app directory of a custom CRM I’m building for Halo Forge Studio using Next.js. For me, it’s about Stewardship:

​Performance: Leveraging a clean App Router architecture for a lightning-fast interface.

​Precision: Crafting a directory structure that eliminates "bloat," allowing me to focus more on my clients' branding.

​Integration: Merging the logic of code with the beauty of design to create a tool as intentional as the jewelry I craft by hand.

​Whether I'm designing a logo or architecting a database, the goal is the same: clarity, beauty, and truth.

​In our Catholic tradition, we use every sense to experience the Divine—incense, bells, and stained glass. As a designer and an artisan, I believe our digital presence should do the same.

A digital studio with a physical heart. 🛠️

People often ask me why I spend my "off" hours tying paracord or sorting gemstone beads when I spend my workdays building complex web architectures.

​The truth? One feeds the other.

​In the studio, I’m constantly looking for the balance between strength and beauty—whether that's a heavy-duty corded build or a high-performance Next.js site. Handling raw materials like amethyst and hematite reminds me that great design should be tactile, intentional, and built to last.

​Halo Forge Studio isn't just about pixels. It’s about the "forge"—taking raw ideas and tempering them into something meaningful.
