✨ Recently, we had the opportunity to document a milestone weekend for a remarkable group of women celebrating their 30th Deltaversary in New Orleans. Members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. flew in from around the country to reconnect, honor their legacy, and create new memories together. From candid moments of laughter to moving displays of sisterhood, the energy and history in the room were undeniable.

I just received my copy of "SEEING BLACK: Black Photography in New Orleans 1840 and Beyond" and 🌟I am thrilled to see my photography included in such a significant publication. From exhibiting at the museum to now being featured in this book, it's been an incredible journey. A big thank you to editors Kalamu ya Salaam, Shana M. Griffin, and Eric Waters for their efforts in bringing together the works of nearly ninety Black photographers who capture the essence and vibrancy of Black life in New Orleans. It’s an honor to be a part of this project that speaks so powerfully to our history and culture. 📸
