I’m always on a health journey, just like anyone else we love food and always striving to make better choices! I’m feeling the need for a juicy burger today! This is how I eat and keep in line with my health goals.😊 Delicious!
🍔 Big Mac lettuce Wrap! 😋

Makes 1 serving!
1 leaner
1 healthy fat
3 condiments
1/2 optional snack

5 oz raw lean ground beef 95-97% fat or 95-97% fat Turkey
2 tbsp reduced fat cheese
2 Tbsp Wish Bone light thousand dressing
1/8 tsp white Vinegar
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup of iceberg lettuce 2.54 oz (1 green)
1/2 cup tomato’s (120 grams 1 green)
1 oz dill pickle slices
1 tsp sesame seeds
Cooking spray

Directions:

1. Heat a small, lightly greased skillet. Add the onions and cook until bowned. Add to the bowl with the meat and form a patty. Cook 2-3 minutes a side or until done to your liking. Add cheese and melt on top (2 smaller patties or 1 large)

2. Meanwhile. Mix together the dressing, vinegar, and onion powder.

3. To assemble : Take lettuce leaf and put burger inside. Top with pickle slices, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Add one more serving of veggies.💥

January’s gone and we are almost in the middle of February! Woo!! 🐥 How is your mind when it comes to health? I’ve found that when I start loving my body no matter what the weight, I start treating it better and am more mindful of what goes inside. ❤️ I’m not perfect by any means, but every little bit helps! Today make better choices and amp up your walking or exercise! 👣 Summers coming fast!! 🌞 Have a beautiful day!

Mexican Beef Egg Burritos

Makes 1 Serving

Each serving = 1 Lean, 1/2 of 1 Green, 3 Condiments

Add 2 1/2 Greens such as 1 1/4 cup roasted sweet bell peppers to complete your Lean and Green meal

Ingredients:
2.5 oz 93% lean ground beef, cooked (1/2 Lean)
1 light laughing cow cheese wedge (1 Condiment)
1/4 cup rotel tomatoes or diced tomatoes (1/2 Green)
1/2 tsp taco seasoning (1 Condiment)
1 cup egg beaters or egg whites (1/2 Lean)
1 tbsp chipotle salsa (1 Condiment)

Directions:
Add cooked ground beef, tomatoes, laughing cow cheese and taco seasoning in a small skillet. Stir until combined over medium heat. Set aside.

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add egg beaters and cook over medium high heat. When one side is done, flip to cook the other side like an omelet.

Place the omelet on a plate. Add ground beef mixture to the center and fold one side over the meat mixture. Then fold the other side over the meat to form a burrito. Top with 1 tbsp of salsa.
