This was a fun and tranquil evening skincare routine we filmed for their following to put on while they did their nightly self care rituals.

Really enjoyed. Playing with the softness of it all. My haze cans haven’t seen this much use in ages.

The secret languages our audience uses to speak to us online.

When I first heard Gary Lee say "you post selfishly" in an interview, it didn't make a ton of sense.

As someone looking to grow on social, the communication that happens between us and our followers happens in a number of ways; sometimes indirectly and sometimes directly.

It is our job as people using these channels to learn these languages, modify and adapt. If you're stuck in 200 views jail, not growing new followers, and speaking in to the void, then changes need to be made.

The best ways we can do this is read the signs, and read the signs of our competitors who are where we want to be.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of sitting down with Kieth over at and we got to talk the ins and outs of the video industry here in New Orleans. They are doing some incredible work over there and you should definitely check out their work and podcast if you haven’t already!

The remainder of this year involves a lot more immersion on my end as I look to connect and collaborate with other videographers, film makers, creatives and marketing agencies that we have in this town.
