J O Y … Been thinking a lot about this lately. I took a little break from Instagram. I get easily overwhelmed by the pressure of it. Everyone’s seemingly glamorous life. The hustle. The comparison. How it has numbed us to simple beauty because our attention spans have been reduced to nothing. I have been thinking a lot about how to have a healthy relationship with this platform. How I can use it, but how I can use it in a way that is authentic to who I am and what my work is about. I have a lot of thoughts about this, but for now, I will say I will use it to amplify what I love about what I do, and that is capture moments like this…
