Gutters ! Clean them, Repair them, Monitor them. I know I know but it will save you $$$$$$ if you do. One of the biggest causes of foundation, crawlspace and basement issues in most homes, Oh and don't forget to extend your downspouts 6' to 10' away from your home. Stay dry save money.😎
