We arrived just minutes before sunset. I took this photo as I was frantically running down the trail to the beach, and it turned out to be the best shot of the evening.
Sometimes you spend a long time calculating the best composition and waiting for the perfect light, and other times you get lucky.
(I’m still frustrated that the best advice to improve your landscape photography is “just travel to beautiful places!” But it’s true.)
