Images and/or video may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites and social media, for promotional and entertainment use. It is understood that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to an
yone by reason of such use. It is acknowledged that anyone has the right to withdraw consent at any time, upon written notice, prior to publication, distribution, or re-release of any finished product. Once the media product is complete, any further rights to withdraw consent and release are waived. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & GIFT CERTIFICATES: ME Photography & Design will collect a 50% non-refundable deposit to book services and appointments. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total amount owed. If the date of service is rescheduled for any reason by either party, the deposit may be used for the new date of service if it is rescheduled within 60 days of the original service date. If the date of service is rescheduled beyond 60 days of the original service date, or cancelled for any reason by either party, the deposit remains non-refundable and a new deposit will be collected for a future service date. Balances are due on the date of service unless otherwise agreed upon, and full payments for prints and packages are due at the time of ordering. Gift certificates must be paid in full at the time of purchase, and expire on the date printed. No gift certificates will be honored after the expiration date, and conditions are subject to change at any time. Gift certificates cannot be combined, refunded, exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, stolen, altered or duplicated. Gift certificates are encouraged to be used as soon as they are received to avoid future booking issues and lack of appointment availability.
