We awake just off Power Island, MI, and are waiting for the storm to pass before we make our way home, to meet some of our friends and family who are showing up for our reception in a few days!

We made it from Power Island to Sutton’s Bay for dinner. It’s been an amazing couple of days of relaxing after the wedding!

Honeymoon day 1! Somebody LOVES her rings 🤩💍⛵️

We sailed from Traverse City, Michigan to nearby Power Island on our Seaward 25, and got to see the tall ship, Manitou!

It was the calmest and stillest night at anchor we’ve ever had, with it completely fogged in this morning 🤩

Yesterday’s ceremony on the Milwaukee Clipper museum ship was made possible by so many good people being willing to help us, and make our wedding vision come true, and we are so thankful! ❤️

The professor looked absolutely stunning, and our friends Chuck and Martha (Restless Viking) put together a really lovely ceremony for us

This was a private and tear filled exchange of handwritten vows between Ashley and I, and it actually doesn’t feel real yet?!? 🤷‍♀️🤷🏼‍♂️

We are getting Little Bird ready to go sail for a few days, and look forward to not planning anything for a WHILE!!!
