With fall just around the corner and my calendar beginning to fill up, I thought this would be a good time to explain the difference between my Pocket Sessions and Full Family Sessions! I've had a few questions lately about which session is the best fit, and honestly, there isn't one that's better than the other, they're simply designed for different needs.
POCKET SESSION — $250
25–30 minutes
Perfect for a quick update of your family photos, a few key combinations, and a shorter, simpler experience. Pocket Sessions are designed for immediate families and include a generous, curated gallery of edited color images.
Think: Quick. Simple. Beautiful.
FULL FAMILY SESSION — $325
1 hour
A Full Family Session gives us more time and flexibility to capture your family in a greater variety of ways. You'll receive a generous gallery of edited images in both color and black & white, along with the time to capture individual portraits, different family combinations, interaction, and those little moments that happen in between.
Think: Relaxed. Complete. Plenty of variety.
I know most people see an hour and think that its unnecessary or like a lot of time, but you don't have to decide which session you need based on the clock. If you have a particular vision for your photos, tell me what you're hoping to capture and I'll help you choose the session that gives us enough time to do it well.
Sometimes 25–30 minutes is exactly what you need. Sometimes the ideas you have in mind need a little more breathing room.
That's also why I personally schedule every session. You don't have to figure it out on your own! Just send me a message, tell me a little about who you'd like photographed and what you're hoping for, and I'll help you choose the session that's the best fit.
With fall sessions filling up, if you've been thinking about updating your family photos, now is a great time to reach out and get on the calendar! I hope this post helps you decide what is best for your family needs!
