I'm Kyra - the "y" is long ;) I am an Oklahoma based graphic designer and photographer. I live on a ranch in a little one stop light town with my fiancé and our french bulldog - or my lil bat pig as I call him. I am happiest when I'm immersed in nature, whether it's out on a shoot, working on the land with my man, fishing, or traveling. I approach my portraits in a photojournalistic or documentary

style in that I captue beautiful, candid, real moments in time. I'm not a fan of still or awkward posing. It's also very important to me that my work truly reflects your personality. I want to tell your story in the most authentic way possible. Favorite things to do : spending time with my fiancé + french bulldog, playing the guitar, painting, coffee, learning, working on our ranch, working out, fashion, having time off, traveling.

If you’re thinking about doing a courthouse wedding, here’s your sign! Karlee + Robert said “I do” in an intimate courthouse wedding last week surrounded by their closest family and friends, then had a lovely lunch at the amazing in Sapulpa, played some pool (which was cool because that’s how they met in the first place) and then drove away in their ultra cool getaway car.

Part I from the Fugate wedding! Carson + Dakota's wedding was classy and timeless, but full of humor and excitement from beginning to end. Some of my favorite details included the Saint Bernard pillows and wedding toppers so their dogs were there in spirit haha, Dakota's personalized Nikes, one of Carson's rings she wore was a family heirloom, and their wedding party had some pretty epic grand entrances ✨😆

The Baxleys✨ // Iuliana + Jeremy said I do in front of their closest friends and family in back in October. These two were such a blast, especially when Iuliana kissed Jeremy on the forehead during thier portraits😆 The reception was full of so much delicious Romanian food, heartfelt speeches, and lots of dancing and laughter. ✨

The Simmons Wedding // This was definitely one of the most fun weddings I’ve ever been to. It was a full day of music, laughter, dancing, storytelling, friendships, and strong family bonds. It was just pure joy and happiness from start to finish, as these two tied the knot. It was the definition of a celebration. Congrats to Markus + Lillias!! ✨✨

Kennedy + Spencer // Two of my absolute favs ❤️ If you know me, you know Ken is my girllll! I’ve worked with her on and off over the last like…idk 10 years! 😅Within that time I’ve got to witness these two grow together so much and in so many ways. All I can say is that I’m so dang proud of them both and can’t wait to see them conquer this world together! 🌎 ❤️

When you want vintage 80s vibes for your senior photos > 🙌🏼 I loved getting to get creative with the shoot, and I even went out of my norm and used some strobe lighting for the wrestling photos at the end which created that dramatic side light ( I don’t usually use strobes in my personal work) But I’m really digging how those turned out so maybe I’ll have to start incorporating those more often. 🤷🏼‍♀️✨📸
