Just a reminder for this weekend's Car Show:
This is a Fundraiser event, which raises $ for MHS NJROTC Cadets to attend a Summer Leadership Training (SLT) Camp for 6 days (24/7). The trophies and dash plaques were donated, at the cost of nearly $600. There will be a raffle for several prizes, the Grand Prize is a Coupon for $500.00 off a set of tires at Baker Tires in Marion. Tickets will be sold at $5 each for a chance to win. Chick-Fil-A and Pelican Ice will be on site for food and refreshments. Cadets will also sell ice cold water bottles.

This morning we took a walk around downtown Morganton during Winter Storm Gianna. We've been cooped up for a week already because of last weeks ice storm, and this was a great chance to get out and about for a little bit.
