Hey everyone! To secure your spot and save the date, I'm now requiring a nonrefundable booking fee. This fee ensures that I'm compensated for my time and the opportunity cost of holding your session. Please note that I won't be able to proceed with the session unless the fee is paid.
If you cancel, the fee will not be refunded, as it covers the time and resources I've already invested. Additionally, if I drive to your location and you cancel last minute, you'll still be billed for my time and gas. It's not fair to waste my family time and gas money.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but if I don't receive a cancellation notice with an apology, I'll assume the session is still on. This policy applies to every client, no exceptions.
As a full-time mom with a life outside of work, I can't constantly chase up clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
