Out of Office Until July 13th! 🤍

I’ll be taking a little break from my inbox while I’m busy with my other job and celebrating one of my best friend’s bachelorette weekend!

If you have a session or meeting scheduled during this time, everything will still go as planned.

A little FYI: I currently have 20 sessions in my editing queue (and counting!), so I kindly ask for a little extra patience as I work through each gallery with the care and attention it deserves. Every gallery is hand-edited, and I want to make sure each one receives the time it deserves rather than rushing the process.

🤍 Wedding Tip from a Photographer 🤍

Choosing your wedding photographer is about so much more than scrolling through a few beautiful photos.

One of my biggest pieces of advice? Ask to see full wedding galleries and look for consistency. Can they photograph an entire wedding day—from getting ready to the reception—not just a handful of standout images?

Another helpful tip: if you come across a photo that really catches your eye, try doing a reverse image search. Sometimes you’ll find that the same couple appears in multiple photographers’ portfolios because the images were taken at a styled shoot or photography retreat.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with styled shoots or retreats—they’re a great way to learn, grow, and create. Just remember that they don’t always reflect what a real wedding day looks like.

Your wedding day only happens once. Make sure you’re choosing a photographer based on their experience, consistency, and ability to tell your unique story from beginning to end. 🤍📸
