Yesterday marked the 19th anniversary of the famous I-35 bridge collapse.

I was going into 6th grade, still in a private school when this happened. I remember going into the living room and my parents had the news on and seeing parts of the bridge sitting vertically with banged up cars down below.

Unfortunately, 13 people lost their lives that day

New(er) bridge now with censors all around, as I'm told.
