Marrying you only affirmed what I
already knew
a love that knows no bounds.
A love that lives in growth, grace, and embrace.

I used to think love meant having
all the pieces figured out.
But you showed me that love is
what happens in between
in the spaces where we
rest, rebuild, and grow.

One year married, and our love is still something beautifully unfinished
whole in its imperfection,
steady in its care.

Oh, what a year it’s been
grief and joy and
everything in between.
You’ve been my mirror
and my constant.

Rainey and Jennings' soulful wails soared over waves of reverb-laden, percussion and gauzy guitar, rendering me speechless. I've never heard anything quite like – their power is commanding and knows no bounds. What a privilege to share space with these beautiful Indigenous souls✨️
