Busy weekend ahead at the 69th running of the Governor's Cup Regatta on Kerr Lake hosted by the Carolina Sailing Club near Henderson, NC.

Tally Ho!!!! I think I see more Foxes in my yard than I do when out photographing Fox Hunts. Was sitting on the porch waiting for the Fireflies to come out when this Gray Vixen took a stroll thru the Glen. She was kind enough to let me grab a camera and capture a few keepers.

Another great weekend on the water capturing the Ladies in charge at the annual Charleston Ocean Racing Association (CORA) Femme Fatale Regatta sponsored by Evolution Sails.
All of the sailboats in the water were predominately crewed by the Ladies and the boat was driven by a female competitor.

It's always an honor to capture images from the Charleston Ocean Racing Association (CORA) Military Salute Regatta in the Charleston Harbor presented by Blackbaud. The 6th Annual Event raises funds for local groups tied to serving the military organizations in the area and is always great to see active duty and veterans out on the water.
One of the highlights of the day was the honoring of 100-year-old veteran Walter Machowski that touched the hearts of all of those in attendance.
The winds did not cooperate for a "rousing" race but there were lots of smiling faces on all the boats.
