I love my jobs.
Yes, jobs.
I love creating art through photography. I love teaching dance. I love watching young dancers grow in skill, confidence, and character. Both are careers I have built with intention, passion, and countless hours of work. I am also a full time mom; and yes I consider that a job, because it is.
Recently, I’ve learned that some people have dismissed my photography business as an “overworked side hustle” and my dance studio as a “forgotten hobby.” And these thoughts have been made known online.
Let me be clear: women do not have to choose.
I can be a CEO and a mother. I can be an artist and a business owner. I can build successful businesses while pouring into my family and my community.
Some people are uncomfortable when women refuse to fit neatly into one box. That’s their burden to carry, not mine.
You don’t have to understand or support my path. But the businesses I lead will always champion women in business, celebrate creativity, and prove that passion and professionalism can coexist.
I am proud of the work I do. Every bit of it.
So. To prove that women are amazing human beings especially when they have kids (or rightfully choose not to) AND run businesses, I am offering FREE headshots to any female bad ass entrepreneur.
