Road Trip
Berkshire & Eastern Railroad PL-1 departs Waterbury headed north for Plainville with an elusive locomotive in tow. Behind the 5943 is Taconic & Berkshire 8537, a B39-8e leased to the Naugatuck Railroad for quite some time. With the arrival of two GP9s in recent years to the Naugatuck's property, this locomotive is bound for its next assignment much further south. The old Waterbury Union Station clock tower can be seen peeking through the trees. Arguably the most famous Waterbury land mark next to the Holy Land cross.
