Chelsea Rose Photography Creativity. Beauty. Memories. Photography became one of my passions at a young age. I was slow to convert, but I am so glad that I did!

In high school I was able to take a photography class and learned some very useful skills as well as how to process film in a dark room. Not even a year after I graduated photography took a drastic turn by the introduction of the digital camera. Digital photography offers so many positives. I live in Middlebourne, WV, with my awesomely amazing husband, John, who encourages me to follow my heart--a

nd he even helps me shoot weddings as my second photographer! What other husband would do that?! I am the music direction at my church, United Christian Fellowship, in Middlebourne and Family Community Church in New Martinsville, where I lead worship on a full time basis. My husband and I are also the youth pastors at our church. We are so blessed to be apart of this awesome family of God. I officially started Chelsea Rose Photography in 2013, but I've been passionate about it for years, carefully cataloging all the important events in my life as well as others. With no studio, my options are limitless with the wild and untamed beautiful of West Virginia. There are many locations I have specifically picked for sunsets as well as many other artistic reasons, but I am open to new things and new places! You can't beat outside portraits. What I am especially enthusiastic about is family pictures. I believe it is important for every family to have pictures taken at least once a year because these are treasures that will never grow old! Children grow so fast and what better way to remember them than through pictures. But whatever the occasion whether it be a wedding or special event, seniors, infants, family--I will do my utmost to give you spectacular pictures, but more importantly an unforgettable experience, full of fun and good memories.
