🤍 A Gorgeous Miami Wedding in Coral Gables 🤍

Friends, meet Dana + Allie, an amazing couple who traveled from New Jersey to celebrate their wedding in Miami.

Allie is easygoing and incredibly chill, while Dana is a little more reserved and shy… but both of them are super cool and completely down to have a good time!

Their first look was sweet and emotional, and their portraits around the Loews Coral Gables felt both romantic and fun.

And you know what? Cool couples always seem to come with the best group of friends! They cried during the ceremony, hyped them up during photos, and danced the night away while taking shots on the dance floor 😜

It’s always such a privilege to be invited into someone’s wedding day, so Dana + Allie, thank you for choosing me as your photographer 🫶🏻

23 Years of Marriage Lisbon Edition 🇵🇹

We’ve spent half our lives together ❤️

Little Carolina could have never imagined that all those hours spent playing “house”, obsessing over every tiny detail her imaginary husband had to have, would one day become reality…The astrology girlies would call it manifestation ✨

Spending a week abroad on our anniversary will be forever my favorite tradition. No internet, no social media, no work. Just us, arm selfies, 25k steps a day, and the occasional “hangry” argument 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love that you laugh at my bad jokes... mostly because I’m laughing at them myself, and you say that your favorite thing about me is my belly laugh. I love that you kiss my hand randomly while we are walking, and that many times a day you say “I love you!”

I will choose you in any lifetime. Let’s do this kind love for eternity ❤️

I know it might sound cliché, but there’s a real sense of honor in being invited into a family’s home to photograph a new chapter of their lives 🤍

People think weddings are demanding… but have you ever tried negotiating with a 3-year-old and a baby?! 🤣

All jokes aside—Alex + Michelle, thank you for welcoming me into your home. It’s been so special to witness your journey, growing your beautiful family while also building one of the best catering companies in South Florida .collective (Yummmmy!)

And if you didn’t know—now you know. In addition to weddings, I also photograph pretty amazing families.

Margaret + James had a beautiful wedding in Naples, FL. After receiving their gallery and album, this is what they had to say about working with me 🫶🏻

But their story with me didn’t start there… and it didn’t end on their wedding day either.

I first met Margaret when she was a bridesmaid at her sister’s wedding (last slide = a little BTS from that celebration ✨). And a little over a year after photographing their wedding, I was invited into their home to photograph their baby.

This is the part I love most—getting to document not just one day, but the story as it keeps unfolding.

Margaret has two single sisters… so I’m just going to put it out into the universe that when the time comes, I get to photograph another chapter for this fabulous family 😜🤍

Not all couples want a romantic engagement session, and that’s okay!

I’m not a fan of stereotypes or assuming that everyone wants the same thing, and in an industry like weddings, it’s easy to fall into a cookie-cutter approach. That’s why I want to remind you that your engagement session can be as unique as you want it to be.

For this session, we went to an unexpected location: the Balloon Museum. It’s a dark, immersive experience with no natural light. The space feels dense, but also incredibly cool and visually interesting.

Jessica + Mehdi wore monochromatic looks, and even though I’m not usually a fan of matching outfits, for this session it worked perfectly.

Since the space was dark and had a heavy feel, we leaned into it—no big smiles, just vibes 😂

The result was a really unique session and a great reminder that your engagement photos don’t have to follow any rules. They can look however you want them to.

🤍 Miami Destination Wedding at The Palms Hotel & Spa

Internet friends, meet Shannon + Semran. They celebrated their wedding in South Beach, with 120 of their closest friends flying in from all over the country to be part of their day.

Their first look is one of the most romantic I’ve ever witnessed. And the way Semran looks at Shannon… It’s the human version of 🥰

From wedding to baby on the way 🤍 (swipe to see their story)

If you’re new here, let me introduce you to Jeni (and Kyle). Jeni was a guest at three different weddings I photographed before hiring me for her own. Around here, we even have a word for it: “Jening (verb): attending multiple weddings as a guest… and then hiring me when it’s your turn 😜”

So, being invited back into their lives to photograph this new chapter? I was over the moon (and you know I have been obsessed with the moon lately 😜 🧑🏻‍🚀🧑🏻‍🚀🧑🏻‍🚀🧑🏻‍🚀🚀)

Planning a wedding in Miami and trying to find the right photographer? Here are a couple of tips to help you on your search:

✅ Your wedding photos will be a part of your legacy, so invest accordingly. A good rule of thumb? Allocate 10-15% of your total wedding budget to photography. There are great photographers at every price point — find one that fits yours.

✅ Communication matters! You shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times or wonder what’s next. This whole process should feel easy—from your first inquiry to your final gallery.

✅ Always ask to see full galleries, not just highlights. A photographer’s portfolio shows their best work — a full gallery shows consistency. Pay attention to how couples look. Are they relaxed and natural? Do you look at those photos and wish they were yours?

✅ Your photographer will be with you all day, so they should match YOUR energy, not the other way around. Soft and intimate? They keep things calm. High-energy and ready to party? They’re right there with you.

✅ If you find a photographer you love and feel comfortable with, book them! It’s common for photographers to book 12-18 months out.
