Sweet Pepper was just taken out of board to meet with a male beagle, Clifford

He growled at her and that made the intro take a quick ‘turn’.

Sweet Pepper did very well with other friendly pups and is a super sweet girl with people.

She cannot go back to shelter - they will EUTH her immediately for ‘space’ - and board may no longer be available to her.

She’s just 50+lbs, approx. - UTD on all shots/preventatives. A very lovely 2yo female border collie/shep mix.

Can anyone help save her? Foster-to-adopt?

GFstrays will post her on social media - we really want to give this precious girl a chance for love in a caring home 🙏🐾🆘

Sweet Bud’s rescue was a tough one - but GFstrays didn’t give up on him.

He survived PARVO, lost his foster & adopter before finally being placed in a loving home in NJ.

Dog Rescue is tough - so many trials & tribulations.

But the ‘success’ stories make all the difference for the pups that would not survive without the dedication & love Rescues give them to help them survive & get loving homes.

Without dedicated Rescues, Fosters & Adopters, so many more unfortunate pups would never survive.

This is one of the success stories!

GFstrays Pulled dear Bud from a small underfunded NC Kill shelter & placed him in a foster home. 2 days later, Bud, was very very sick & had to go to emergency treatment. He was diagnosed with PARVO - we think he picked up this deadly virus while being transferred to his Foster. Very unexpected - very unfortunate.

Without the immediate care from his Rescue Advocate & Emergency treatment provided by GFstrays, this beautiful boy would have died.

But he’s a happy boy today - in a loving home because of all those who stepped up for him - and gave him the care & love he so desperately needed.
