We have fresh baked old-world style sourdough bread-- made from organic North Carolina flour, pink Himalayan sea salt, and pure water. We never use commercial yeast and do long fermentation times to make digestion easier on you. Margeaux Boles Photography

So excited for the new cafe in town The Chef And The Baker MV! Here’s a couple of photos I took for them yesterday. I was lucky enough to sample the subject and the French toast tastes as good as it looks! Everything is homemade straight from scratch, even the bread, with locally sourced ingredients. Make sure you give them a try when you’re in Maggie Valley!

These two got married Little Palm Island Resort & Spa ten years ago and decided to return to the very same spot to celebrate their anniversary! We couldn’t have had a more beautiful sunset that night! Congrats you two love birds! ❤️🍾

Happy Earth Day! I love spending as much time as I can outside, to me every day is Earth Day. From the mountains to the sea (and the MST!) I can’t get enough of this beautiful planet! I’m honored to be able to photograph both in North Carolina and the Florida Keys and wherever else the wind takes me!

Hey, it’s me (and Jack)! I know I haven’t posted in WAY too long, I’ve missed you all! Big things have been happening so I just wanted to give you a little update! I am still shooting weddings and portraits in the Florida Keys but will also be available in Asheville, North Carolina (and the surrounding WNC area)! The ultimate goal is to be seasonal (so winter time booking more in FL and the other seasons booking more in NC) but in the meantime I will be traveling between both locations regularly and I’m happy to book events in either location anytime! I want the best of both worlds and I could never fully leave the Keys, they’re my hometown and I’m a mermaid after all! You’ll be seeing epic mountains as well as idyllic tropical beaches in my posts, so join me on my adventures as I navigate new locations in NC and revisit my (new and old) favorites in the Keys! ❤️ I’m excited to share it with you!
