Awesome seeing an Osprey, i think this was probably the third or 4th time i ever see one. Capturing shots of wildlife kind of felt like I was catching Pokémon 😂 "Gotta catch them all"

::Continued from prior post::

As I was taking pictures of the dragon fly I saw something lurking in the distance and quickly grabbed the drone next to me and sent it up to see what potential dangers could be around since I was so close to the water. I left the drone above me as a security camera to have a birds eye view and kept my car about 6 ft behind me from the dock I was at. I saw two eyes at first come up from under the lilly pads, which made for a funny picture when his head came up from under and the flower got stuck on his head. I picked up the control for the drone and took a picture of him as he came towards the dock, switched back to my camera and was able to snap a bunch of great shots. Obviously as he got closer to where I can see his arms come up as you see in the picture, i took precautions with my car door open right behind me (Gator was about 9ft from me & I was about 2 ft from my car)

Out at the Everglades exploring with a few different lenses, for this shot I was messing around with the Macro to capture all those fine details! Funny thing is as I was shooting this I caught the next best photo of the day which was both a really cool moment but dangerous as well.

A couple of more shots from Police week in DC. It was a week full of non stop exclusive events for officers, family, friends, and supporters. Luckily at one of the events i was able to capture a few shots of along side and a few others who came out to show their support, respect and share some words for all the fallen officers and their families.

Police Week 2026 was an experience, not just in taking photos but also for the passing of my brother in law. It was an amazing feeling to witness the support of all the police officers, friends, families and loved ones across all 50 states that came together to honor the brave men, women and K9s who have fallen in the line of duty.
