As a mother of a child with autism and a photographer, I cannot stress enough how important it is for inclusion in the photography world, especially for kids with disabilities. Photography is a powerful tool for self-expression and communication, and it can be particularly beneficial for children who may struggle with verbal communication.

By including kids with disabilities in photography, we can help them express themselves, build confidence, and develop social skills. It's also a great way to help them see the world from a different perspective and learn about themselves and others.

As a photographer, I have seen firsthand how children with disabilities can thrive in front of the camera. They bring a unique and beautiful energy to the shoot, and their images can be incredibly powerful.

So let's work together to promote inclusion in the photography world. Let's encourage photographers to seek out and work with kids with disabilities, and let's support organizations that promote accessibility and inclusion in photography.

Together, we can create a world where all kids, regardless of their abilities, have the opportunity to express themselves and be seen.
