🥳 The joy of capturing moments, the thrill of creating memories – all while sporting a sunburn so intense, I could've been mistaken for a ripe tomato!

🎞️ The dust hadn't settled from our move when I stumbled upon forgotten treasures – rolls of film from summers 2021 and 2022. The essence of nostalgia clung to them, bringing back a wave of emotions.

🎥 As I sifted through the images, each snapshot was a frozen moment, awash with the warmth of summer sunsets, laughter echoing from backyard barbecues, and the tranquil solitude of early morning hikes.

🌅 Swallowed by the storm of tasks that moving brings, these films were a gentle reminder to pause. They echoed the end of a beautiful summer season and the richness it had brought into our lives.

📸 Venturing into a realm where hues are absent, I've recently unravelled the allure of black and white photography for a client. Playing with studio lights, the focus shifted to the unpretentiousness of shapes, contrasts, light, and shadow. 🎭

🔦 This excursion into the grayscale spectrum has validated that a minimalist approach often conveys more. It’s fundamentally about the dance of light and shadow, defining forms and crafting compelling visual narratives. Remember, an image doesn't need a kaleidoscope of colours to make a statement! 👥

Volcano Etna-Catania-Sicily. Everything starts with a trip. The truth is that when you’re travelling there are expectations on what you’re going to see, but the truth is that there is always much more to discover. Most of the time one trip for a documentary/travel job is not enough. Journaling and collecting memories is a big part of my process 😊
