There’s something so special about newborn sessions at home 🤍

Of course, we want to remember every tiny detail of your newest baby. The little fingers, sleepy stretches, wrinkly toes, and the way they fit so perfectly in your arms.

But I love that in home sessions give us the chance to remember the older siblings in this season, too.

In their own space, they get to just be themselves. They can snuggle the baby, climb into Mom and Dad’s lap, show me their favorite toys, run off when they’ve had enough, and come back when they’re ready.

Because while your newborn will never be this tiny again, their big brother or sister will never be exactly this little again either.

These sessions aren’t just about welcoming a new baby. They’re about remembering what your family felt like in this exact moment. 🤍

Why would I recommend a full session over a mini session when little ones are involved??

You may think your little one’s attention span can only handle a quick 15 minute shoot, but I promise, that’s not always the case!

A full session is where the magic really happens. We will get those sweet, smiling portraits, but we will also play, run, explore, and let your kids just be themselves. Honestly, that is when some of the most beautiful photos happen!

With a full session, your kids have time to settle in, get comfortable, and warm up to me and the camera. There is no pressure to get every single shot in a short window. And once everyone gets comfortable, that is when the fun really begins. ✨
