I truly wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who made this shot card app so I could give him a shout out. These could potentially be super helpful to new photographers. My biggest piece of advice to anyone taking up photography that truly wants to learn is…
✳️ Learn the Exposure Triangle
✳️ Learn your Camera
Good equipment with poor camera settings will still yield poor final images.
Start slow if you need to.
Shoot in Manual.
If you’re shooting sports in low light, leave your ISO set to auto if you need to. That only leaves you one variable controlling exposure (shutter speed).
Push yourself.
Learn something new every time you shoot.
Try new angles. (This means you’ll likely have to move your body 😂).
If you see me and have a question, please ask. I’ve had several people help me along that way.
