URC, Fox Valley Off Series, AMA District 17 Gp and HS points this weekend. Will it rain and when who knows they guessed many times and well we are racing either way. We are set up for both, been there done that.
Gp racing Saturday normal process, 2 tracks, lots of race time but 10am riders meeting, end time around 3pm. Gp racing is a blend of moto, woods, and grass track, real race time, not a long day.
Hare Scramble on Sunday, The hope is normal starts and as the day progresses so does the course, but in the case of a bunch of rain we will do the sand layout before all is being set up to use as needed. We have the property, many new trails have been built, so mother nature will decide some of it.
NO Concession on Saturday but we do have one on SUNDAY!

Wanna do some woods racing but not sure which one is for you? Here’s a short explanation between the two.

🏁Saturday’s Grand Prix:
2 motos scored as an overall. Lap times 4-5 minutes, depending on the course make 20-25 min motos. One moto is “dead engine” start, the other is “live engine”. Wider trails, with mx track while also sometimes using grass track. GP’s are a great way to ease into woods racing!

🏁Sunday’s Hare Scramble:
Timed race, the time you get will depend on what class you race. “Dead engine” start. Do as many laps you can do in that time frame. Longer course with more technical trails, depending on course, some grass track.

‼️Not taking any photo requests for this weekend‼️

I PLAN to be at Megacross just hanging around. (A lot easier for me to be where tman is instead of him getting a phone call🤣).

I’ll have the camera there but I’ll mainly be bumming around by starting line/pits, I don’t plan on really going out on the track much if at all.
