Full respect and gratitude to the one and only Daddy Mack Orr. 📸✨ I've always loved the portrait I took of him over a decade ago, capturing him in his element - chilling with his guitar in his garage - where he’s just as skilled a mechanic as he is as a musician. Fast forward to now, he just turned 80! I had the honor of visiting his home, taking another portrait still doing what he loves. The Daddy Mack Blues Band just released their 8th recording, "Doctor's Orders" on the Inside Sounds Label. A true Memphis blues legend, with a lifetime dedicated to his family, music, hard work, and passion! Be on the look out for a mention of his latest release with both my photo and the disc art I created, to be featured soon in Living Blues Magazine!
