We first met Kuma at a pop up at Kairoa Brewing Company and instantly fell in love with this pup! We were thrilled when the application to be a part of Paws Across San Diego hit our inbox! Like, of course you can been in the book, Kuma!!

While we did make you pose by yourself with this cool palm tree, your favorite place (besides your bag) was in dad’s arm. You’re so tiny it only takes one arm to hold you 💕💕💕

From grooming to daycare to a full-on dog bar and event space, this North Park spot is as fun as it is unique, and the perfect backdrop for pups who love to be out and about with their people.

These two belong to the owner, so you could say they run the place, and honestly, they do.

Paws Across San Diego is all about capturing pets in the spaces that make this city what it is, local, vibrant, and completely pet-obsessed.

He took on downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter like he owned it! He was stopping traffic, turning heads, and proving that you don’t need to be big to make a statement.

Your pet, front and center, in the places that define this city is what Paws Across San Diego is all about!

If you’ve ever looked at your dog and thought, my dog is cute enough to be a model, you’re right and they should be featured in our fundraising book for

Here’s How it Works:
Fill out an application for your pet, and if selected, you’ll receive a full Signature Photoshoot in San Diego from Gretchen Otero Photography.

Because we know you’ll see photos of your pet you can’t live without, you’ll receive $150 in print credit toward any print package to start you on that journey.

And $75 will be donated directly to San Diego Humane Society. We love helping our local non-profits!

This experience is valued at over $500!! And is all yours for $200 due at booking!

Every pet family accepted into the project will have a dedicated page in Paws Across San Diego coffee table book! Image your pet in a book! That’s sooooo cool!

Only 30 applicants will be accepted to start so don’t wait!

Mango 🐾 He’s 9 months old and fully committed to not being still or so his family thought!

I hear all the time:
“My dog could never do this.”
But the truth is, your pet doesn’t need to be perfect. They just need to be themselves.

Mango is a big puppy with lots of energy, and we embraced that. We let him explore, move, and be a dog and that’s exactly why this worked.

Petunia 🤍

She’s the sweetest girl and making the most of every moment.

She was soft-spoken, gentle, and completely content just being close to her people OR if squirrels or lizards were around, she was busy with them!

We spent the evening in South Park, right where she feels most at home, capturing snippets of life on beautifully shaded streets lined with trees and flowers.

Documenting pets in the places that matter most to them and the people who love them is exactly what Paws Across San Diego is all about! And we’re raising money for a great cause in the process!
