📸 I want YOUR input on mini sessions!

When you’re looking to book a mini session, what does the perfect mini look like for you and your family?

I’ll be honest—I’m never completely happy with how I structure my minis. 😅 I’m always trying to find that sweet spot where they’re affordable for families, while still making sense for the time and work that goes into each session.

So instead of guessing what everyone wants, I want to hear directly from YOU!

When booking a mini, what matters most to you?

✨ How long would you want the session to be?
✨ How many edited images would you expect?
✨ What price range feels reasonable?
✨ Do you prefer a set number of images or the entire gallery?
✨ Do you like themed/set-up minis or simple outdoor locations?
✨ Would you rather have a super quick, lower-priced mini or pay a little more for extra time and images?

There are no wrong answers! I genuinely want to know what a mini session looks like to YOU so I can build future minis around what my clients actually want. 🖤

I specifically chose these dates in hopes of catching those gorgeous golden fall leaves on the aspen trees! 🍂💛 Of course, Mother Nature is in charge, so peak color can never be guaranteed—but these dates give us a great chance!

📍 Saturday, September 19th
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM | 6 spots

📍 Sunday, September 20th
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM | 4 spots

📍 Saturday, October 3rd
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM | 5 spots

• $60 retainer to book

I’m always open to donating photography sessions to a good cause. Whether you’re putting together a fundraiser, benefit, silent auction, raffle, gift basket, baby shower, or something similar—please feel free to reach out! If I’m able to help by donating a session or gift certificate, I’d love to.

I’m also open to trading services with other local small businesses! With the holidays coming up, I think it’s a great opportunity for us to support one another, work together, and help each other grow.

I am now accepting bookings for September through December!

August will be my recovery month following surgery, so I will not be scheduling sessions during that time.

For September, I will be taking a limited number of sessions to ease back into work and make sure I don’t overdo it while I recover. If you’ve been thinking about booking a session—especially for fall colors, seniors, families, or holiday photos—I recommend reserving your date early!

Hi, I’m Rebecca!

I’m the owner and photographer behind Capture & Frame Photography, based in Melrose, New Mexico, and proudly serving families, seniors, couples, sports teams, and businesses throughout New Mexico and beyond.

Photography has become so much more than taking pictures—it’s about preserving the moments that tell your story. Whether it’s a senior’s final year of school, a family’s growing journey, or an athlete’s unforgettable season, I believe every milestone deserves to be remembered.

Outside of photography, I’m a proud single mom of two amazing daughters and work a full-time job while running my photography business. Building Capture & Frame Photography has been a labor of love, and every session, late-night editing session, and mile traveled has been worth it. My goal has always been to create an experience where my clients feel comfortable, valued, and excited from the moment they book until they receive their final gallery.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of families, seniors, athletes, and special moments. I continue investing in my equipment, education, and client experience because I believe you deserve beautiful images and exceptional service.

My photography style is natural, vibrant, and timeless. I love capturing genuine smiles, real emotions, and authentic connections—the little moments that often become the most treasured memories years down the road.

I've been working hard behind the scenes to make this season even better!

✨ **Here's what's new:**

* Updated sports packages with **more value and more options**.
* A small price increase due to rising fuel, processing, and business costs (my first increase in several years).
* **Photo examples** of every product on the order form so you know exactly what you're ordering.
* **Faster turnaround time**—orders will now be completed in **14 business days** instead of 4–6 weeks.
* **Out-of-town teams** will have their orders **mailed directly** once they're ready, so you receive them even faster.
* Coaches will provide a **typed team roster** to help ensure all names are spelled correctly and to eliminate errors caused by handwritten forms.

These updates are all designed to make ordering easier, improve accuracy, and get your photos back to you much faster.
