I headed out to Brownie's Beach in Chesapeake Beach on the morning of June 2nd to capture images of the annual horseshoe crab mating along the shoreline. This happens during the full moon and the highest tides.

I’m heartbroken to share that Milo has passed away. He was the heart and soul of Milo Dog Media and the inspiration behind everything I create. Thank you for being the best companion and keeping me company during long editing sessions. You’re missed so much, and you’ll always be a part of this work. Rest easy, buddy.

Made a trip to Calvert Cliffs State Park yesterday and captured the following images. Mt main goal was to capture pictures of Wood Ducks, which had eluded me on past trips. I captured images of birds, amphibians, insects, and reptiles on this trip. For those who don't like snakes, I have placed a caption on the photo prior to the reptiles.

Got up very early this morning (03:30), hoping to capture a picture or two of Comet C/2025 R3 PANSTARRS from Chesapeake Beach/North Beach, but was defeated by clouds on the horizon. At least I was able to get some pictures of the dawn and sunrise before heading into work.
