My client came in with a Nano Banana prompt as her inspiration, and honestly, I was impressed. So I took it as a challenge to recreate that same vision in-camera, with lighting, texture, and soul.
Here’s what I learned from this shoot:
1. AI can spark ideas, but it can’t capture presence.
2. The experience of a real shoot the laughter, the energy, the direction is irreplaceable.
3. What you see in AI is imagination; what you feel in photography is connection.
4. Matching an AI concept in real life takes skill, patience, and creativity.
5. Bringing the client into the process letting her vision merge with mine was the best part.
6. Use Nano Banana or AI prompts as a guide, not a replacement. Let them push you, not define you.
This shoot reminded me: tech evolves, but art lives through people.
