I had a client who I've worked with multiple times over the past couple of years and who was always happy with my work and communication per their prior messages and emails, leave a 1 star review this morning because I didn't respond to a message that was sent 3 days ago... That was in some spam/others/unnecessary folder that I hadn't even seen. I'm not sure why Meta feels business pages need 50 different inboxes/labels for incoming messages, but that's the way it is and I have no way of changing it, at least that I'm aware of. If anyone knows a workaround, I would love to hear it!
Please, IF you try to reach me via messenger and you don't receive a response within 48-72 BUSINESS hours, please contact me via email, text, or even my personal page! I will absolutely respond to you asap if I know you've reached out. I truly apologize if any messages have been missed. I still can't figure out how to access all the different inboxes they have in the business suite now and honestly... It's not worth the headache or risk of receiving negative reviews. I fully understand that it's super inconvenient and frustrating for you as clients. It's very inconvenient and frustrating for myself as a business owner as well.
The most sensible solution I can think of to solve the issue is to get communication flowing via email/text again versus this meta maze of endless inboxes.
