Looking for events/subjects to photograph for an upcoming photography project 📸

I’m currently looking to photograph:
🏒 Hockey
⚽️ Soccer
🏃 Track & field

Any spring sports other than softball/baseball since
That is my usual and my teacher wants me to get out of my comfort zone.

In addition I am looking to photograph a community-based event

For the feature portion of this project, I’m especially interested in:

* fundraiser events
* community gatherings
* local small business events
* charity events
* vendor markets
* workshops/classes
* local organizations or community outreach events

I’m looking to create documentary/editorial-style images that focus on real moments, storytelling, and community connection.

Looking for a local sports family/athlete for a quick documentary-style photography project this week (must be completed by Friday).

This is NOT a traditional posed session — I’m looking to capture the real in-between moments surrounding youth sports:
🏒 waiting at the rink
⚾ post-game exhaustion
🥤 concession stand runs
🪑 parents in folding chairs
💡 parking lot/rink lighting
📱 kids hanging out between games/practices

Ideal for:

* hockey
* softball/baseball
* soccer
* any youth sport honestly

Session would be very relaxed and mostly candid with a few lightly directed shots mixed in.

Participants will receive edited images in exchange for modeling.
