▪️ပထမဆုံးအနေနဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုဆီ လေယာဉ်ဆီ စီးဆင်းဝင်ရောက်မှုကို တားဆီး ပိတ်ပင်ဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မကြာသေးမီက ထွက်ရှိခဲ့တဲ့ OHCHR ရဲ့ အစီရင်ခံစာမှာ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုရဲ့ လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေဟာ ကလေးသူငယ်တွေအပါအဝင် အရပ်သား ပြည်သူတွေကြုံတွေ့နေရတဲ့ ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုနဲ့ ဘေးဒုက္ခတွေရဲ့ တခုတည်းသော အကြီးမားဆုံး အကြောင်းရင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
▪️အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်ဟာ စာသင်ကျောင်းတွေနဲ့ ပညာသင်ကြားရေးနေရာတွေကို တမင်တကာ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိနဲ့ ပစ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေကြောင့် ကလေးသူငယ်တွေဟာ ဘေးကင်းလုံခြုံစွာ သင်ယူနိုင်မယ့် နေရာနဲ့ ပညာသင်ကြားခွင့်ကို အခြေခံအားဖြင့် ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
၎င်းရဲ့အကျိုးဆက်အဖြစ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကလေးသူငယ်အချို့ဟာ ကတုတ်ကျင်းတွေ သို့မဟုတ် ယာယီစခန်းတွေမှာ ပညာသင်ကြားနေကြရပါတယ်။ ကောင်းကင်ယံက တိုက်လေယာဉ်တစ်စင်းရဲ့ အသံကို ကြားရတာနဲ့ ဘေးလွတ်ရာကို ရှောင်တိမ်းနည်းတွေကို ကျင့်သုံးနေကြရတဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကကလေးသူငယ်တွေရဲ့ ဗီဒီယိုမှတ်တမ်းတွေက သက်သေအဖြစ် ရှိနေပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်စာသင်ကျောင်းတွေနဲ့ ကလေးသူငယ်တွေကို ကာကွယ်ဖို့အတွက် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ် အာဏာရှင်အုပ်စုဆီ လက်နက်ကိရိယာတွေ၊ လေယာဉ်ဆီ၊ အရပ်ဘက်၊ စစ်ဘက် နှစ်မျိုးအသုံးပြုနိုင်တဲ့ အခြားပစ္စည်းတွေနဲ့ ဆက်စပ်နည်းပညာတွေ စီးဆင်းဝင်ရောက်နေမှုကို ဖြတ်တောက်ပေးဖို့ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတွေကို တောင်းဆိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

ကုလသမဂ္ဂလုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ၏ ကလေးသူငယ်များနှင့် လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခဘာသာရပ်အောက်မှ “ကလေး သူငယ်များ၏ ပညာရေးကို အကာအကွယ်ပေးမှု အားကောင်းစေရေးနှင့် ကြီးလေးသော ချိုးဖောက်မှုများ ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်တားဆီးခြင်းဖြင့် လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခအတွင်း ကလေးသူငယ်များအတွက် နိုင်ငံတကာဥပဒေ ဆိုင်ရာအကာအကွယ်များကို ပြန်လည်အတည်ပြုခြင်း” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ကျင်းပသည့် တံခါးဖွင့်အစည်းအဝေး၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့် မိန့်ခွန်းမှကောက်နုတ်ချက်

▪️First, prevent the flow of jet fuel to the military junta.
▪️The recent OHCHR report stressed that airstrikes by the military junta remained the single largest cause of destruction and suffering among civilians, including children.
▪️Deliberate and targeted aerial attacks on schools and learning centers by the military have essentially deprived children of their safe spaces to learn and their right to education.
▪️As a result, some children in Myanmar are learning in bunkers or makeshift camps. There are videos of our children executing evacuation procedures upon hearing a fighter jet in the sky.
▪️Therefore, I appeal to Member States to cut the flow of arms, weapons, jet fuel, other dual-use items, and related technologies to the military junta to protect our children and our schools.
