I finally made the trip to The Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville, and I can officially say... it's everything I hoped it would be.

I've been wanting to visit this location so I could confidently recommend it to my clients, and after walking the grounds, I'm already dreaming up sessions here.

Here's why I love it:
- No photography or admission fee to use the grounds.
- Beautiful year-round scenery including azaleas, hydrangeas, camellias, wildflowers, Spanish moss, crepe myrtles, and greenery
- The grounds are open 24/7, so we have the flexibility to schedule around the best lighting without worrying about closing times.

Because of the drive, sessions at The Myrtles include a $37 travel fee in addition to your session package.

If you've been looking for a location with timeless Southern charm, this one is definitely worth considering. I can't wait to capture seniors, couples, and families here!
