The Amana Renaissance Faire was a feast for the eyes! I was so impressed by the incredible effort everyone put into their garb. The highlights ranged from stunning plate armor crafted in Ukraine to two rival foxes sizing each other up. As a fantasy lover, these faires are easily my favorite.

Last weekend we went to the Renaissance Festival in Amana. Jade got a personal show from the great ! He did some very impressive sleight of hand right before our eyes. It was very impressive! I caught a shot of him at a later show and could tell the crowd he had gathered then was really loving it as well!

A few shots from AsianFest last weekend at the NewBo Market. Did not have a lot of time there unfortunately but still wanted to share!

I could have done a better job with standing exactly where I should but I think I did pretty well with these. Its crazy how much different these spots are with the season. I will for sure go back in fall!

The second half of my photos from Palisades (Kepler State Park) last weekend. I love the paths here and there is so much green which I find calming. I wish I would have captured some wildlife but maybe on another adventure. Friday Ill get some spring to summer comparison shots up. I have been looking through them and its a crazy transformation!

For those of you in the area. What are your favorite parks or trails to escape to? Always looking for more to capture.
