I wanted to take a minute to go over a few things regarding communication and turnaround times for Messy J Photography! Iโm so grateful for every person who trusts me to capture their memories, and I want to make sure expectations are clear for everyone moving forward. ๐ซถ๐ป

Please allow ๐ฎ๐ฐโ๐ฐ๐ด ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ for a response to messages. If something comes up that will cause a longer delay, Iโll do my best to communicate that with you! I work a full-time job outside of photography, so Iโm not always available to respond immediately. If I havenโt replied yet, please know Iโm not ignoring you!

If sneak peeks are offered for your session, you can expect them within ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ of your session, unless otherwise specified. Sneak peeks aren't guaranteed with every session, but when they're offered, Iโm excited to share a little preview with you!

Full gallery turnaround times are typically ๐ญโ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐, depending on the session, editing workload, and current schedule. Editing takes time, and I want to make sure every gallery receives the attention and care it deserves. Please keep this timeframe in mind when booking and allow the full turnaround window before checking in about your gallery.

Photography is something I genuinely love, but it is also a business I balance alongside a full-time job and my personal life. I will always do my best to communicate, deliver beautiful images, and give my clients a great experience. In return, I ask for patience, understanding, and respect for the time that goes into this work.
