Thank you for your support the past 2 years. Iā€™ve learned so much as a businesswoman and photographer since I started My Red Lens in May 2021. That said, Iā€™ve learned that pursuing an Instagram following and being unhealthily focused on ā€œlike countā€ and number of views IS NOT MY CUP OF ā˜•ļø.

I am moving future My Red Lens photos to my personal account . This will help me focus on photography as a hobby that brings me joy instead of a side hustle that causes anxiety.

Gonna delete this account later today. A special thank you to the people who trusted me as their photographer on their wedding days and other special occasions.

I heard myself say something I havenā€™t said before during this shoot, ā€œItā€™s my job to make you feel as comfortable and present in the moment as possible. If you feel both those things, I simply click a button, and weā€™ve got ourselves an incredible picture.ā€

Everyone is photogenic, because everyoneā€™s smile is beautiful. Itā€™s the photographerā€™s job to help you feel good enough to ā€œsmile like you mean it.ā€
