As we get closer to the end of summer and Iā€™m almost finished bringing my seniorsā€™ visions to life, my heart is so full. Getting to see their sparks, personalities, and beauty shine through my lens has been such a special part of this season.

I canā€™t wait to see whatā€™s next and all thatā€™s still to come, but Reagan sure reminded me that sometimes itā€™s the simple things that make a session so unique and special. There is so much beauty in capturing someone exactly as they are, and Iā€™m so grateful I get to do that. šŸ¤

This session was a little extra sentimental for me because I got to watch my baby sister grow up right in front of my camera. Getting to be the one behind the camera and bring her senior pictures to life was such a special feeling. She has grown so much from that little girl with the biggest heart and the biggest personality, and I couldnā€™t be more proud of the beautiful person she has become. šŸ¤

Some sessions just mean a little more. šŸ¤

This one was so special to me because Anna and I have been best friends since before high school. Even with the age gap between us, we've never let that stop our friendship. We've always stayed close, and when she asked me to capture her senior photos, there was no way I could say no.

Getting to spend the evening catching up, talking about life, and celebrating such an exciting season made this session one I'll never forget. I truly love my job, but even more than that, I love the amazing people who trust me to capture these once-in-a-lifetime memories.
