My job as your photographer is to capture the essence of who you are. I truly believe that you should have fun at your photo shoot. If you're not having fun, it will show in your photos.

Yesterday, I had some time and went through some of my 20,000+ photos in Lightroom and I'm starting to organize them. Whew! I sent 3 of them to be printed on canvas wraps and Shannon is going to hang them in his shop. Woot!

I have thought long and hard about this and I have decided that I won't be shooting any more weddings. Photography was my passion and when I tried doing it for money, it kind of killed that for me. I've taken my life in another direction and now I'm a real estate agent. I hope to nurture my photography back to being a big part of my life. Now, I'll shoot what I want and what makes me happy.

This month is looking good so far. I have a family shoot tomorrow, a senior shoot on Saturday and a wedding on the 28th. Woot!
