May is mental health awareness month and I’m going to be transparent as possible. I have a history of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adhd. I went to my doctor for postpartum depression last week. We are transitioning baby to a formula bottle and I’m back on my meds. I’ve been very delayed and for that I apologize but I sought out help. I knew I was at risk because of my history. I am doing better but still may be a bit slow to get galleries out. Please bear with me.
If you struggle please know that it’s ok to admit it and get the help you need. We’re all human, we’re not perfect, and it is ok to need help. As my husband said this morning
“Woman, I love you and I will always love you. But you need to be medicated.” Said with love and a laugh. But it’s ok to do what you need to do. Whether it’s your pharmaceuticals, natural remedies, group meet ups. Whatever works as long as you take the care of yourself that you need to. I love you all. 💜
