Okay y’all, help me out here!
I’m putting together a closing gift basket for some out of state buyers moving to Kentucky, and I want it to scream “WELCOME TO THE BLUEGRASS STATE” in the best way possible. 😂

What’s something you’d include that feels very Kentucky/Appalachian?
Local snacks? Drinks? Small business goodies? Funny essentials? Random things only we would understand? You already know it’ll include some Ale-8 and Grippos.
I’m trying to build the ultimate Kentucky starter pack, pothole repair kit included. 🐎🌄🖤

ALSO! Drop some Appalachian words and phrases only we use below! I want to include a little translation guide for them. Like “wallerin” and “bless your heart.” 😂

There’s just something so special about getting to hand over the keys to a brand new chapter for a family. Today these sweet buyers officially became homeowners, and I’m so thankful they trusted me to walk alongside them through the process.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to witness all of the emotions that come with moments like this: the excitement, anticipation, relief, and the dreams people already start building for their future inside a new home. It’ll never get old to me. 🥹
