This Page was once about Creative Memories products and some of the creative things you can do with them. In August of 2014, Creative Memories ceased operating due to the down turn in the interest in traditional scrapbooking and the poor economy. Creative Memories has restructured and have become Ahni & Zoe, a new kind of photo preservation company that appeals more to the masses. It is a page for

sharing creative projects, reviewing craft products and announcing crops in the South San Francisco Bay Area. I will also be discussing digital scrapbooking solutions. I have been scrapbooking for over 30 years and have sold Creative Memories products since 2004 and had the pleasure of working at Only the Best in Los Gatos for three years (this store used to be the paper crafters "honey hole" and the largest stamp store in the Bay Area). At Only the Best, I made custom albums for clients and coached many in their album making, taught card making and paper arts classes, assisted parents with their child's high school memory boards, and designed, printed, and assembled numerous invitations for clients. I have also been trained in using numerous paper arts media by Ranger Industries, specifically Tim Holtz. Get your photos off your computer! How will your great grandchildren know all about you? Everyone has a story to tell and a meaningful life. Tell your story through scrapbooks!

I just finished a gorgeous album using my old Creative Memories Storybook Creator 4.0 and uploading the finished book to Panstoria for printing. The quality is superb! If you missed out on purchasing SBC 4.0, you can get a similar product from the company that created it for CM. It's called Artisan by Panstoria. If you've been making digital books and products any other way, you haven't opened your creative window yet. Check out Artisan.

Since we are in kind of a transition period between Creative Memories and the new company it will become November 1st, I thought it would be OK to post some paper arts projects that use non-CM products. Tearing paper can be so effective in giving your design a "friendlier" look (that's the only way I can think of describing it). Straight cuts, or decorative cuts can sometimes look too manufactured. I love stamping a black design with alcohol ink and then adding water color and intentionally going outside of the lines. Violate those kindergarten rules!!!

All Creative Memories products are now 40% off (excluding digital). I'm finding it's a great time to get caught up on scrapbooking projects and using what I have in my cupboards. Current project: My son's Boy Scout Adventures. This is a hybrid book with traditional pages, slide-in pages and digital. I'm using the Mediterranean coverset, which happens to be his troop colors, and the Vintage Chic Power Palette. It's looking amazing!

Dear Page Followers:
It's been odd times this summer with Creative Memories closing business soon (my contract ends Aug.21st) and the anticipation of the new company that will roll out November 1st.
I will maintain this Page for awhile after the closure of CM in case people are searching for CM products. I can always try to help others find what they need from my consultant network.
I will be providing information about the new company on this Page and I will start a new Page in October.
I am looking forward to what the new company will offer and I am hoping for something fresh that will reach out to a lot more people. I'll keep you posted!

Storybook Creator 4.0 allowed me to make some amazing gift certificates for an auction, darling monthly photo pages on cardstock for each of my student's portfolios, my nephew's graduation party invite, and the ability to scrapbook each of my son's Boy Scout adventures in under 45 minutes. An amazing tool without the clutter and space traditional scrapbooking and craft products take up (but I love those too).

Had a fun morning helping a few adults and several children make mothers day cards at Dream Dinners in Los Gatos. I was amazed at the dedication and patience of the 1st and 2nd grade girls.
