If you are considering a destination wedding in Italy, Tuscany is always a great option with it's picturesque landscape and gardens. Frescoed walls of .catignano are a perfect backdrop to getting ready bridal portraits. I'm pretty sure when I walked into this room for the getting ready shots, my heart did a little happy dance - it's as beautiful in photographs as it is in person

Pretty cool to wake up and see my work in print in British Vogue. This image of Isabelle has been one of my favorites this year, I remember seeing and capturing this moment and instantly feeling a connection to it. It was everything my signature style is - elegant, timeless and romantic. PS:I love when my couples are fashion forward so I'm also loving that it is the Super Fashion Issue, feels right

Growing up, summer vacation meant being surrounded by olive trees. They were everywhere and I remember on lazy afternoons watching the clouds and the sky through their leaves and counting the olives as my mind wandered.

Olive trees are one of my favs to photograph. I love the hues and the softness they create. I always check to see if there are olives trees at or around the wedding venues to create painterly portraits of my couples.

Happy Friyay all!
Resurfacing after a few weeks of 'heads down, focused' kinda work between my weddings and Trustpoint and it feels great to have made a ton of progress.

It was refreshing to be out and about catching up and venue scouting with my friend Autumn yesterday- thank you for the ridiculous amounts of laughter - so I'm celebrating it with a post and a manhattan this afternoon!
